Lung flows for better breath and immunity
These four classes (1 hour each) recorded over the summer of 2020 provide a good foundation for working with the lungs and metal element. Each class ends with a short meditation/breathing practice. These classes can be divided into easily digestible practice sessions and don’t have to be done in the order listed.
